Ecoclad Solutions has undertaken various projects for this Practice over the last few years. These include :

  • Supply and installation of translucent roof covering using a proprietary multi-walled polycarbonate to a large atrium at the Iziko SA Museum,
  • Fabrication and installation of special flashings and closure pieces to a large 7th floor standing seam roof,

This letter serves to confirm that Brice Industrial Park consisting of five Industrial Units was completely roofed in 20l6.

The work was carried out by Messrs Ecoclad Roofing represented by David Petrie.

It was done in two phases during March and November 2016.

All asbestos sheeting was removed, disposed of in accordance with government regulations and re-sheeted with metal sheeting as well as bubble insulation on the underside.

From pricing the contract to carrying out the work as well as the final account, all stages were handled professionally with as little disruption to our Tenants as was possible.

We now have an asbestos free Industrial complex and I would recommend Messrs. EcoClad to any owner who is intending to carry out a similar operation to their buildings.
